Scheer Tower

The new Scheer Tower is the first of three planned skyscrapers to the north of the university campus. The building provides office space for 240 employees over eleven-storeys with a basement that extends into the hillside.

Shared facilities such as the foyer, cafeteria and spaces for events are located on the ground floor and basement. Groups of offices, meeting rooms, and communication and utility spaces are grouped around a central circulation and supply core exploration on the nine floors above. Individual floors can be linked together if needed. The conference rooms are arranged on the top floor, as is an open roof terrace with wide views into the landscape.

The building’s red-coated aluminium façade highlights it as a landmark above the university campus.
