Privacy Policy

SSL encryption
We use state-of-the-art encryption methods (such as SSL) via HTTPS to protect the security of your data during transmission.

Use of script libraries

Google Fonts
In order to display our content correctly and in a graphically appealing manner across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Fonts (http://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Fonts or prevents access, the content will be displayed in a standard font. Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible that such library operators collect data, although it is currently unclear whether this is the case and, if so, for what purposes. The Privacy Policy of the Google library-operator can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Adobe Web Fonts
To provide a uniform display of fonts, this site uses so-called web fonts from Adobe Typekit. Typekit is a font library service provided by Adobe. When you call up a page, your browser loads the web fonts used into its browser cache to display texts and typefaces correctly and flawlessly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a (pre-installed) standard font from your computer will be used.

To display the web fonts, the browser you are using must establish a connection to the Adobe servers (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland) or Adobe Typekit. This informs Adobe Typekit that your IP address has been used to access our website. Adobe Typekit web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Adobe is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (you can check the certification at the following URL: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TNo9AAG&status=Active).

For more information on Adobe Typekit web fonts, please visit https://typekit.com/ and read the Adobe Typekit privacy policy: https://www.adobe.com/de/privacy/policies/typekit.html

Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content-related structuring, or modification of the legal relationship (user data). This is done on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which permits data processing for performing a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data concerning the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent that this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The collected customer data is deleted after the order has been completed or the business relationship is terminated. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content
We only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required as part of the contract processing. No other data will be disclosed, unless you have expressly consented to its disclosure. Without your express consent, your data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes such as advertising. The basis for data processing is Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual activities.

Use of Google Maps
This website may use Google Maps API to display geographical information visually. When Google Maps is used, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the map functions by visitors. You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also change your personal data protection settings there in the data protection center. Detailed instructions on managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190

Your rights to information, correction, blocking, erasure, and objection
At any time you have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, it’s processing restricted or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, erased. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details right at the bottom. To ensure that a blocking of data can be accommodated at any time, this data shall be kept in a restricted data file for control purposes. You may also request the erasure of the data unless there is a statutory archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will restrict the processing of your data upon request. You can make changes or withdraw consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.

The new Privacy Policy will then apply to your next visit.
