Veauthier Architekten developed the building in close consultation with the client group and combined very different forms of living under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first floor and second floor are shared by three apartments, which are organized like two-storey townhouses. They each have their own entrances from the street and a garden in the courtyard. The staircases to the townhouses serve as a buffer to the public street and have small front gardens. The building does not keep this typological diversity to itself - its internal structure can also be seen on the fa\u00e7ade.
