The concept saw the new quarter beside the main station being structured into two open spaces: Lindenhofplatz, serving as the station’s second forecourt and link with the Schlosspark and town centre, as well as the Hanns-Glückstein-Park, linking the existing district of Lindenhof with the new quarter.

Three new towers rose up over the area, forming a carree together with the existing ERGO high-rise building. The structuring of the new core construction area along the railway tracks allowed for various uses.
